All bookings MUST be made online.We cannot make any appointments by telephone. 

Please call the numbers provided for enquiries between 4pm and 7pm. Outside these hours for Urgent / Emergencies only. If you call Out of Hours or busy times, you may receive a request to text your enquiry, we will respond during working hours. 


You can not eat, drink or smoke anything 30 mins before your PCR test, if you do it can return an invalid / unclear response from the laboratory.  This may result in additional test costs.

If a test needs to be re-run due to an inconclusive result, this may incur additional timings. We do not accept any responsibility for loss of flights or any further expenditure that occurs due to delays in results. 

 Fit2FlyUK Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier or lab processing issues that lead to the result being delayed and any consequential loss due to disruption to travel plans.


Our antigen swab tests and PCR tests are used in order for you to be able to travel / work etc. We do not offer on-site Covid tests for patients with current or recent symptoms. Please help us protect the clinic and its staff so that we can continue to be of service to you.

Important Disclaimer re type of test

Our fit to fly rapid antigen tests are NOT PCR TESTS. If you need a PCR test you must book one, these are available at either our clinics in Harlow or Islington.


It is strictly your responsibility to ensure you are having the test your particular travel provider requires. 15 Minute Covid Test and any of the third party locations below accept no liability if your travel provider does not accept the type of test you have booked. Please check with them first.


Rapid antigen tests in Clinic provide results in under 15 minutes. Certificates are issued same day, to clients email.


PCR tests require a lab. Same day PCR tests must be taken no later than 2pm


Cancellation Policy


Please understand that appointment times are limited and in high demand. When you book your appointment with us, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other customers. However, if you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice in order to allow another customer access to that appointment time.


Cancellations — 48 hours or more in advance will receive a 80% refund 

Cancellations – 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund

Cancellations made within 24 hours will not receive a refund



The Mandatory Testing for Inbound Travel (Day 2 & Day 8) If you do not have the test, for any reason whatsoever (other than a failing on our part), the cost is non-refundable.  Please note that if a positive test result is produced for a day 2 test the results will need to be sent for genomic sequencing in accordance with Public Health England requirements. By accepting these terms, you consent to this. 


We are unable to cancel or refund remote testing e.g. ‘Virtual Test in a Box’ tests once they have been collected or dispatched and are therefore will be non-refundable.
