Virtual Antigen Test - Face to Face Video with a member of our team from the comfort of your home or anywhere of your choice. We will send your Travel Certificate by email the same day. This can be done by Zoom, What’s app or FaceTime Video. Our Travel Kits are on the EU list of approved tests. You MUST find out your destination's entry requirements before booking. We will not be held responsible for an incorrect test type being taken. You MUST be sure they accept Antigen/ Lateral Flow. This is not a PCR test. PLEASE ALLOW AT AT LEAST 3 WORKING DAYS FOR PROCESSING AND DELIVERY. Postage is Monday - Friday only. Once processed, the Kits are posted Royal Mail Special Delivery, guaranteed by 1pm the next day (excluding Weekends) .MUST BE SIGNED FOR

Please note that all locations operate a strict zero refund policy for unattended or cancelled appointments. The only exception to this is if the cancellation has been caused by government policy such as lockdowns or the prohibition of moving between tiers, for example. If a cancellation is caused by government policy, patrons will be able to reschedule their appointment for a future date or receive a refund.
